How do I start planning a custom journey?

Send the form on this page, or use the journey planner if you would rather answer structured questions. Either route reaches Rose.

What information should I include?

Approximate dates, trip length, who is travelling and the interests that matter most. Please leave out passport, payment and health details — they are not needed to answer you.

Does sending an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken. A booking exists only once you have accepted a written proposal.

How are prices and availability confirmed?

Rose checks current supplier rates and live availability for your exact dates and sets both out in your proposal. Figures shown on this site are indicative only.

I already have a journey reference. Who should I contact?

Reply inside the email thread your proposal arrived in, so your history stays together. If you cannot find it, write to info@journeysbyrose.com with your travel dates.

What if I need urgent help during my trip?

Confirmed guests receive a dedicated assistance contact in their travel documents — please use that first. This form is not monitored around the clock.
